WestGate Mall is excited to have the City of Spartanburg and the Spartanburg Convention and Visitor's Bureau as the offical sponsors of the new Spartanburg Welcome Center (formerly the Customer Service Center). The Spartanburg Welcome Center is located inside Mall Entrance #2 between Belk and Dillard's department stores. The new Welcome Center will provide visitors with information about events, festivals and tourist information in Spartanburg along with all mall information including CBL Malls Gift Cards, stroller and wheelchair rentals, lost and found, faxes, and copies.
